纺粘无纺布,又叫聚丙烯纺粘无纺布，丙纶纺粘无纺布，是新一代环保材料，具有拒水、透气、柔韧、不助燃、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富等特点。该材料若置于室外经自然分解，其最长寿命只有90天，置于室内在8年内分解，燃烧时无毒、无味、且无任何遗留物质，从而不污染环境，故环保由此而来。

聚丙烯材料

聚丙烯是纺丝成网工艺常用的一种聚合物，主要性能参数有等规度、熔融指数（MFI）和灰分。纺丝成网工艺要求聚丙烯的等规度在95%以上，若低于90%则纺丝困难。聚丙烯的结构式为在聚合过程中，因甲基在立体空间所取位置不同，可产生三种构型的聚合物。

纺粘无纺布主要用于医用卫材、农业覆盖、家纺家居用品、包装材料、购物袋等几大方面，新产品层出不穷，用途广泛。

New products emerge in an endless stream and are widely used.10~40gsm用于医疗卫生用品，如口罩、医用一次性隔离服、头套、鞋套、纸尿裤、成人尿失禁及卫生用品等 ； 17~100gsm（3%紫外线）用于农业覆盖，如作物覆盖地被、根控袋、种子袋、除草垫，苗圃保护套、保温帘、地面防护等； 15~85gsm用于家纺内衬，如沙发内衬、床垫弹簧包、家具内衬、一次性床单、枕套、房屋管道包装材料、屋顶和瓷砖垫层、隔音天花板、地垫复合材料、绝缘材料等； 40~120gsm用于家居用品，如衣柜、储物盒、桌布、防尘罩、墙纸、日历等；50~120gsm用于包装材料，如购物袋、西装套、礼品袋、茶包、大米面粉袋、花材包装等；100~150gsm用于百叶窗、汽车内饰、摄影背景布、广告布等。
